All these wonderful dishes were the inspiration for our cookbook!!
So much effort goes into the delicious
buffet dishes that we enjoy every month.
Credit for the "main dishes" goes to our "Oldies Chefs",
in the kitchen stirring pots while the rest of us are socializing.
And, so much planning and effort goes on behind
the scenes, helping to make our "dinner dances"
such a great success. We are grateful for a crew that is as
wonderful to be around as they are efficient.
Thanks, Guys!
